Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange policy governing the returns, refunds and cancellations with the venture

Effective Date: 1st January 2024

Non-Tangible Products

Mind Webs Ventures specializes in online, virtual, and software license products. As such, any non-tangible product (software or application) purchased or developed under contract by our organization is non-refundable. This policy ensures clarity and fairness, given the nature of digital goods and services.

Tangible Products

For any tangible products (hardware and/or infrastructure) provided, Mind Webs Ventures allows for replacement within 10 days of delivery. Please note that this policy does not apply to any non-tangible products.

Server, Domain, and Hosting Charges

Server, domain, and hosting charges are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, these services will not be refunded, regardless of the level of activity or usage.

Prepaid Products

All complete products, such as E-Learning Platforms and Store Admin, are prepaid and must be paid upfront before delivery. Mind Webs Ventures reserves the right to take down the service if full payment is not made within the stipulated time.

Part Payment Policy

In cases where part payments are made:

• If the client refuses to accept the delivery of the project without a valid cause, any advance payment made shall not be refundable.
• Upon completion of all project milestones, the customer is obligated to complete the committed payment. Delayed payments beyond three months may result in the organization withholding the project and taking down any deployments. Additional penalties may apply in such instances.

Extended Development and New Phases

For projects requiring extended development or new phases of development:

• Incomplete or disputed payments for extended phases will result in Mind Webs Ventures holding off further development and potentially disabling public access to any deployed site or app until overdue payments are settled.
• If payments for extended phases or changes beyond the initial phase are not made, Mind Webs Ventures reserves the right to withhold the entire project delivery or public access, including work completed in previous phases. Full payment for the current phase is required to receive delivery for both the previous and present phases, including codebase, design files, and deployment access.
